Concerns About Jewelry Left for Repair
About once a week we get questions about jewelry left in a store for repair. People have great concerns about getting back the same diamond that they have had for many years.
It is a very legitimate concern. Everyone would like to be sure that they keep what they always have had, but when it is left in a store they do not know how they can get those assurances.
